As Chief Architect, Miloš Milanović designs and safeguards every layer of Qonverge’s cloud platform, from domain-driven data models and event streams to CI/CD pipelines that ship dozens of services per day with zero downtime. Before joining Qonverge, Miloš spent a decade scaling high-traffic SaaS at firms such as Ximedes (fin-tech), HTEC Group (product engineering), and several Nordic start-ups, where he rose from senior engineer to principal architect leading cross-functional squads.

Miloš holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Belgrade and mentors regularly at Belgrade JS and DevOps Serbia meet-ups. Off the clock, you’ll catch him roasting espresso, hiking Balkan peaks, or out strategising friends at board games, proof that architecture isn’t the only arena where he thinks five moves ahead.
