As Chief Technology Officer at Qonverge, Mihajlo Milijić architects the platform’s always on matching engine blending deep learning, graph search, and real-time agentic framework to place the right person on the right assignment in seconds. Before joining Qonverge, he designed autonomous-machine–learning systems at AIMS and co-founded Plati Mi, a mobile-payments startup recognised for simplifying peer-to-peer transactions in the Balkans.

Educated at the Faculty of Sciences & Mathematics, University of Niš, Mihajlo pairs academic rigour with hands-on product delivery. His open-source portfolio spans C++, TypeScript, and Flutter evidence of a builder who enjoys taking ideas from algorithm to app.
