Andrija Ilić pilots Qonverge’s end-to-end talent-matching platform as Chief Executive Officer. Head-quartered in Gothenburg, his company (Quince AI AB) combines always-on lead harvesting with deep-learning profile insights to match consultants to assignments in seconds. Before launching Qonverge, Andrija spent 10+ years inside Tier-1 Nordic OEMs, steering Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) roll-outs and data-driven process redesigns—experience that convinced him timing, fit and cost control are make-or-break for every project.

In 2024 he teamed up with CTO Mihajlo Milijic to codify that lesson: Qonverge now analyses project briefs, internal bench talent and external pools from Teamtailor or LinkedIn Recruiter to assemble high-performance teams while protecting margins and consultant satisfaction.
